Our properties are in the most beautiful places with a breathtaking landscape, great location and offer a real “feel-good” atmosphere. The villa is located in the popular south of Tenerife in Costa Adeje in the upper part of a private residencial area in the residence Roque del Conde, exclusive to villas.
The Penthouse Vista Mar is located in the south of Tenerife in the village of Palm Mar. The place is not yet very touristy and therefore quiet and beautiful. Enjoy a quiet and upscale atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vista Bella. The Villa is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and you have two dining areas (one inside and the other one outside). We really enjoyed the pool, which can also be heated (we didn’t need it as the water temperature was pleasant) and having a ping-pong table was very nice. The majority of the TVs are smart, so you can easily watch Netflix or Disney+. We had no problems during our stay and the host checked-in on us multiple times via whatsapp to ensure everything i s going on ok. When we asked for a late check out, they offered it with no extra costs, which was very helpful due to having a late flight.
Our family just recently sent 3 weeks in July at this lovely villa in Tenerife.
This is our second time staying at the villa, this was down to the fact that we were previously happy with the location of the villa and the very high standards of hygiene and the overall facilities at the villa. There is plenty of space both inside and out for those occasions that you need some alone time and then there's lots of family space for inside and outside dinning. A car is recommended but then again we always rent on holiday so it's not an issue for our family. We would have no issues recommending this lovely villa for a restful holiday in a villa that overlooks the sea from up high in the hill side, we all have a fabulous vacation. Downey family

You have to be aware that you need a car.
But then you really have absolutely everything you need here.
The outside area is fantastic.
Sea view, lots of seating, a gas grill, a table tennis table
and a bed that you could sleep on outside because it's so cozy.
Furthermore, the pool is great. This is heated and can be covered, creating a very
comfortable water temperature.
On the subject of water: I have never experienced such water quality in Spain. I think you could drink the water from the tap. The pool water doesn't smell of chlorine either. This was very pleasant.
However, the house itself is in no way inferior to the outside area.

Starting with your friendliness and the uncomplicated booking to the great reception and the great support on site. And the best thing for a happy holiday was the first class apartment. Whether equipment, location, cleanliness - everything really perfect. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was the absolute highlight. We stayed in the luxury condo in Palm Mar with our children in February 2022.
This apartment left nothing to be desired. It was very comfortably furnished and very clean. Everything was available in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was enchanting.
The Jensen family was very friendly and was happy to help us with any questions we had.
We booked our stay at short notice. And despite this, everything went smoothly and quickly.
We were very enthusiastic and can only recommend this property.
We stayed at Villa Jensen for the first time in October 2021 and felt comfortable right away. We were welcomed and looked after very friendly by the on-site team. If we had any questions, we always had a contact person, either through the on-site team or directly through the Jensen family. The villa is spacious, modernly furnished and the attention to detail is striking. So all in all just great, so we immediately booked again.
For us nothing was left to be desired, up to the point that we could splash about in a puddle-warm pool.
The location is in a quiet residential area, on the mountain, with a great view of the sea and the view of Adeje. So as written, always happy. And thanks to the Jensen family, you are a great team. Glad to have met you.

We had booked the villa “Bella Vista” directly with Fam. Jensen for July. As a welcome, a flower arrangement and a great wine were available for us, just like in a 5 star hotel in Hamburg. After a detailed briefing on the extensive building services around the pool and kitchen, we spent a carefree and wonderful holiday in Costa Adeje. The villa sits majestically on a hill with an incredible view of the coast and the night lights of the city. Everything easily accessible. The villa is in a first-class, new building-like condition and leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen, grill, loungers, furniture, everything at its finest! The pool area is more than spacious and the high water temperature tempts you to take a night swim. The great ambience meets even the demands of spoiled connoisseurs. We will take advantage of this cheap offer again. Thank you for this unforgettable vacation, dear Jensen family.
We stayed in the villa "Bella Vista" in spring and felt extremely comfortable. Starting with the very warm contact with the Jensen family in the run-up to the holiday to the takeover of the house (punctual and detailed), everything worked out very well. We have already been to various holiday homes and this is/was the first house where everything was right for us. The cleanliness was outstanding, the kitchen equipment perfect and furniture, pool, gas grill (with fresh gas bottle, which is also not self-evident) rounded this off. The location of the house is also excellent in "winter", because from about 10 o'clock until sunset the pool is in the sun, but there are also enough places in the shade area, if it gets a bit too hot. We felt very comfortable with our two small children and will certainly be happy to come back!
